It's with great sadness that I heard from the embassy that this year (2010) there will be no Scandinavian Bazaar. From what I heard it will be for ever!!! More than 20 years ( I think) every year there was the Scandinavian Bazaar... Pitty that I did not took some pictures to share with you. I hope this ideia of ending the bazaar will change... I will miss Santa Lucia, the lottery, the danish sausages, the "glögg" (hot wine), the "wafflers" (pancakes), "the fishing for kids" (fish came with "small suprises"), the "smør brø" for lunch (roast beef, prawns, salmon, leaver patté...), the scandinavian christmas decorations... :(
